Amy Green

Meet Amy

I am a lover of Iced Venti Green Teas

captivated by all things Cajun

can be found teaching prenatal yoga at Blooma Nashville

hosting breathwork workshops at kundalini rising yoga & liberation yoga

working with new moms as a social worker at Ready Nest Counseling

I love to hike with my family (although the humidity gets the best of me sometimes)

eat bacon on a veggie burger regularly

my practice right now is just to breathe a little deeper- that is a good day

I wear my daughters love for exploration of the world on my shirt

I still am imperfectly perfect in my body, with my emotions, and how i show up in my life

I believe in the power of story

the healing practices of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness

the beauty of sharing and collaborating to change lives

cultivate hope

that we are the heroes we have been waiting for

and to create more moments each day where we are in awe.
